Air fan cooler for hydraulic station:

To use air fan cooler for hydraulic station it much more Convenient design. No need connecting water to the hydraulic station. As we all know, the cold-water supply is not easy or not possible for every factory. So the fan cooler is very popular now days.
Compressed hydraulic oil cooler
This cooler consists of refrigeration. If the hydraulic oil is higher than the setting value, the refrigeration system works to control the temperature with the accuracy of 2 degree. It has obviously cooling function to the hydraulic oil. To ensure hydraulic system working in good condition and it can longer the hydraulic system life.
Our press machine has it’s cooling system but by cold water circulation. It requires the user to supply the cold water continuously. It means you have to build one big water pool to working this water cooling system. It’s costly too. While the compressed cooler works by electrical power supply, same as air conditioner. And it is very useful especially in some hot area.
Accumulator bottle
It helps to storage the energy, and fast the pressure, improve laminates quality, shorter the production cycle, higher the capacity of press machine. For example: If the pressure is 20 Mpa, the accumulator can improve the raising up pressure time from 4~5 seconds to 1~2 seconds.
